107 Team Car Care East, LLC (US) is seeking a Manager in Training in Austin, TX. The role leads training and supervision of store teammates, oversees attendance, safety, and uniforms, and drives store operations toward goals. Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Ability to motivate and inspire Teammates.
• Communicate effectively with guests and at all levels of the organization.
• Willing to comply with relevant regulatory and safety standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage the financial health of the store through sales, inventory and cash controls, store marketing, guest satisfaction and P&L responsibility.
• Build and develop a winning team using recruiting tools, interview techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and business needs are met.
• Set the example for exceptional guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure the building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
