You will participate in supervising on-the-job and computer-based training, enforce attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and contribute to team success.

Formación

• 3+ years in retail management; automotive experience is a plus.
• Must have experience with and driven results for a profit and loss center.
• Strong leadership and motivational skills.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching and training.
• Manage store P&L and inventory controls.
• Create staff schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Uphold safety, attendance, and uniform standards.
• Lead guest service and resolve complaints.
