Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Dallas, TX. You will participate in on-the-job training to learn profitable store operations, merchandising, signage, and customer service excellence across the store.

You will recruit and develop associates, oversee daily store activities, ensure compliance with laws and policies, and strive to maximize profit while protecting assets. A quarterly bonus rewards performance and growth opportunities align with our fast-paced retail

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform related physical tasks.
