Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will receive on-the-job training to learn profitable store operations, merchandising, and display techniques to create an inviting atmosphere for customers and associates alike. You will recruit and develop staff, oversee daily activities, ensure compliance, and drive profitability while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Qualificações

• 3+ years retail management experience preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Must be able to lift 30 to 50 lbs and perform physical duties as required.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.
• Foster growth and development of associates through training on operations and merchandising.
• Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies and procedures.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
