Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Oklahoma seeks a Store Manager in Training to lead daily sales activities, oversee rental agreements, and drive store performance. You will supervise and train coworkers, manage collections, and ensure compliance with company policies while maintaining an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail/management, completion of our development program, and a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 3 -- 5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily and weekly goals, oversee coworkers' sales activities, approve rental agreements.
• Account Management: oversee collections, follow-up on accounts, provide leadership and training for procedures.
• Leadership: monitor profits, ensure policy compliance, manage assets, inventory, pricing and security.
• Coworker Management: train and develop coworkers, schedule activities, recruit and hire, improve retention.
