Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in retail management, completion of RAC's development program, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals and oversee store staff sales activities.
• Account management: monitor collections and approve customer commitments.
• Leadership: manage store resources, inventory, and cash handling.
• Co-worker management: train, schedule, recruit, and maintain customer-service standards.
