Job summary

Jiffy Lube International is seeking a Manager in Training in Austin, TX to lead and develop store teammates and oversee daily operations. You will train and supervise staff, uphold attendance, safety, and uniform standards, and participate in store safety meetings.

You will drive success by coaching, scheduling, and managing the store's financial health, while fostering guest satisfaction and continuous growth opportunities inside a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience.
• Automotive experience is a plus.
• Must manage a profit and loss center and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances via sales, inventory, cash controls and local marketing.
• Build a winning team using recruiting techniques and retention strategies.
• Create Teammate work schedules and ensure proper coverage.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve guest concerns.
• Maintain building, equipment and grounds and uphold safety standards.
