Qualifikationen

• 3+ years retail management experience.
• Automotive experience a plus.
• Ability to lead and manage a Profit & Loss center.
• Effective communication with guests and team.

Aufgaben

• Provide store-level leadership through coaching, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Manage store finances with sales, inventory, cash controls, marketing and P&L accountability.
• Build a winning team using recruiting techniques and retention strategies.
• Create teammate work schedules to ensure proper coverage and business needs.
• Set the example for guest service and resolve guest complaints.
• Ensure building, equipment and grounds are well maintained.
