Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under the Store Manager.
• Shadow the Store Manager to supervise store operations and shifts, and delegate tasks to team members.
• Lead training and development activities to prepare for Store Manager role, including rotations across stores.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies, protect store assets, and monitor loss prevention.
• Analyze store performance data and identify opportunities to grow sales and control costs.
• Support customer experience by coaching staff and resolving issues to exceed expectations.
• Coordinate communications and participate in community events as needed.
