Job summary

Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track. You will learn Walgreens’ operations and lead full-store operations across front-end and pharmacy, progressing toward Store Manager within the learning plan timeframe.

You will shadow the Store Manager, complete required certifications, and participate in rotations to gain hands-on experience in both retail and pharmacy settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or a HS diploma with 5 years retail management experience.
• Experience leading store operations, both front-end and pharmacy, preferred.
• Knowledge of store policy, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the operation (front-end and pharmacy) of a Walgreens store under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadows Store Manager and assists in opening/closing shifts and task delegation.
• Supports customer experience and staff development across departments.
• Ensures adherence to SOPs and compliance across operations.
