Job summary

Walgreens offers an accelerated Store Manager development track where you learn to lead both front-end and pharmacy operations. You will shadow the Store Manager, complete rotations across stores, and progress through training, classroom and on-the-job activities to readiness for a Store Manager role.

You will obtain required certifications, monitor performance, and develop skills in compliance, inventory, and customer experience while gaining exposure to district leadership and store leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to gain experience supervising store and team members.
• Learn and implement SOPs across front-end and pharmacy.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and merchandising tasks.
