Job summary

Jacksons Food Stores, Inc. in Washington state is seeking a Store Manager in Training to learn all facets of store operations. You will lead a team, greet customers, manage orders, and oversee safety and compliance while working toward promotion into a full store manager role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a manager or supervisor role in retail or food service.
• Open availability for 24/7 operation including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and invite them back.
• Hire, train, supervise store personnel and evaluate performance.
• Monitor financial transactions and inventory integrity.
• Manage stock and ensure shelves, displays and coolers are stocked.
• Prepare and reconcile weekly product orders and deliveries.
• Oversee foodservice and beverage programs to maximize sales.
• Ensure sanitation and food handling procedures are followed.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash control, and store operations.
