Burlington Stores, Inc. in Owensboro, KY is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and mentor a multi-employee team while upholding Our Burlington values.

You will own daily merchandising, operations and service management, partner with district leadership, manage the budget and staffing, and deliver a world-class shopping experience in a fast-paced off-price environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.
• Experience utilizing scheduling and reporting software.
• Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of store leadership to ensure policy and initiative execution.
• Partner with Merchandising to coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing.
• Oversee receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs and chargeback accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; uphold Burlington SOPs and lead by example.
• Manage payroll budget, scheduling, and staffing requirements.
• Communicate effectively with district and regional teams and store partners.
