Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Store Manager to lead all store operations, drive sales, and provide a world-class shopping experience. You will mentor and coach associates, partner with district and regional teams, and uphold Our Burlington values in daily actions.

The role requires directing merchandising, operations, and service management tasks; owning staffing, scheduling, and performance throughout the store’s multi-million-dollar footprint.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Travel may be required from time to time.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of assisstant managers, supervisors, and store associates.
• Ensure policy adherence, standards, expectations and initiatives.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions and pricing with merchandising teams.
• Review receiving, transfers, debits/damages, RTVs, and chargebacks for inventory accuracy.
• Act as Manager on Duty; lead by example and model SOPs.
• Manage multi-million-dollar sales volume and expense budgets and reporting.
• Recruit, screen and hire associates to meet staffing needs.
• Onboard and train new associates; provide ongoing coaching and development.
• Handle personnel and associate relations issues.
• Payroll budgeting, workforce management and scheduling.
• Foster effective communication across store, district and regional teams.
