Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in a multi-million-dollar store in Louisville, KY. You will model our values, provide exemplary customer service, and ensure daily operations run smoothly to maximize sales.

You will oversee merchandising, operations, and staffing, while coaching associates and partnering with district and regional teams to drive store results and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Retail Management experience in a Big Box or Specialty environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Direct management and oversight of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Store Associates to ensure policy implementation.
• Ensure store team fulfills individual responsibilities.
• Coordinate merchandise placement, promotions, and pricing with Merchandising.
