Fastrac Markets in Town of Herkimer, NY is seeking a high-energy retail leader to join our team as a Manager In Training. You will support the Store Manager, train staff, and help deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience across all shifts.

This full-time role offers comprehensive training, competitive wages, and a path to bench leadership within Cumberland Farms' network of nearly 1500 locations. Prior retail or food-service leadership is preferred, with strong customer service skills.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum education: High School or GED.
• At least 1 year retail or food experience in a leadership role.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and leading a strong store team.
• Monitor stock levels and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety in applicable locations.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and manage shifts.
