Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and pricing per guidelines.
• Assist in inventory management, damages, markdowns and stock checks.
• Maintain in-stock targets and proper ordering practices.
• Provide customer service leadership and store appearance oversight.
• Help with opening/closing procedures and cash handling integrity.
• Review operating statements to identify trends and opportunities.
• Complete paperwork and documentation according to deadlines.
