Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or 5 years’ management experience with a HS diploma.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager guidance.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn opening/closing shifts and task delegation.
• Learn compliance SOPs and operate Walgreens computer/tech systems.
• Develop plans to improve customer experience and store performance.
