Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years retail management experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years retail management experience.

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and possible transfer within Walgreens assets.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens' operations and lead full store (front-end and pharmacy) operations.
• Shadow or assist Store Manager in operating the store and leading the team.
• Complete accelerated development track to Store Manager within the program timeframe.
• Implement compliance SOPs and gain familiarity with store technology systems.
• Support customer experience improvements and day-to-day store performance.
