Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to supervise store operations and team members.
• Assist in opening/closing shifts and merchandising tasks.
• Gain experience in planning and performance conversations and customer service coaching.
