Walgreens Co. is seeking candidates for an accelerated Store Manager development track. You will learn Walgreens’ operations, shadow the Store Manager, and lead store activities across front-end and pharmacy during the program.

The role emphasizes customer experience, loss prevention, inventory management, and performance analysis, with rotations through local stores and ongoing coaching from district and regional leaders. Successful graduates are prepared for permanent Store Manager assignments.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (Except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position, if an assignment is offered.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Mansioni

• Oversees store operations (front-end and pharmacy) under Store Manager.
• Learns and implements SOPs across front-end and pharmacy.
• Develops team via coaching and performance discussions.
• Analyzes store performance data to improve sales and costs.
• Supports asset protection and inventory management.
