Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program, OR high school diploma with two years of supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with professional business ethics and strong communication.
• Completion of Walgreens LEAP or willingness to complete Leadership Essentials within 12 weeks.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including extended days, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervises customer service associates and designated hitters; manages front end and supports pharmacy operations.
• Leads recruitment, hiring, performance management, and discipline for direct reports.
• Analyzes store performance and drives profitability with frontline teams.
• Manages cash handling, inventory, and price changes; ensures SOPs are followed.
• Ensures compliance with laws, store policies, safety standards, and quality controls.
• Collaborates with Store Manager and District Manager to implement initiatives.
