Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a candidate for a rigorous Store Manager training track designed to lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy. The program includes classroom, online, and on‑the‑job rotations to ensure readiness for a Store Manager role.

Under the Store Manager, you will shadow and support store operations, learn compliance SOPs, and gain exposure to inventory, loss prevention, and customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Store Manager to learn full-store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Support development for Store Manager role per learning plan and rotations.
• Monitor customer service and coach team to improve service metrics.
• Assist in operations planning, inventory management, and adherence to SOPs.
