Job summary

Walgreens is seeking candidates for a rigorous Store Manager development track designed to prepare participants for a Store Manager role. The program covers front-end and pharmacy operations, with rotations across local stores and classroom/online training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets located within the same hiring Area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front-end and pharmacy operations under Store Manager.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn SOPs and performance metrics.
• Support store operations and customer service improvements.
• Assist in planning and executing store initiatives and coverage.
