Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead one-box full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Under Store Manager guidance, oversee front-end and pharmacy operations during the learning journey.
• Shadow or assist the Store Manager to lead the store and support teams throughout the program.
