Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read numbers quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail store operations and team members.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing and staff development.
• Train new team members and evaluate performance.
• Ensure safety compliance and training across the store.
• Handle scheduling, payroll, and KPI dashboard management.
• Support store manager with customer calls and merchandising.
