Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings in Blytheville, AR is seeking an assistant management position focused on advancement and training for future store leadership. You will drive store performance, recruit and develop staff, and ensure customer satisfaction while managing inventory and schedules.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish, have at least two years of assistant management experience, and must pass background and motor vehicle checks.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Two years of assistant management experience preferred.
• Profit and loss experience preferred but not required.
• Heavy lifting required.
• Computer proficiency in Windows operating system.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid High-School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Possess a valid state Driver’s License.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Be legally permitted to work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check and motor vehicle records check.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed established sales standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team.
• Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales and profits.
• Manage and execute plans to achieve store account management standards.
• Manage store performance by budgeting and analyzing various reports.
• Manage store inventory by ordering, receiving and transferring products to ensure revenue and profit growth.
• Organize daily activities including scheduling coworkers to meet needs of the store.
• Manage and secure the assets of the store.
• Assist with customer deliveries and merchandise set-up when needed.
• Any other duties assigned by the Regional Manager.
