Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.
• Two years of assistant management experience preferred.
• Minimum age 18 with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Drive store performance to meet and exceed sales standards.
• Recruit, develop and retain an effective store team.
• Monitor and ensure total customer satisfaction.
• Create and execute plans to increase sales and profits.
• Manage store inventory and scheduling to support revenue growth.
• Oversee assets and assist with deliveries when needed.
