Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience is desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of the store and team members.
• Assist in recruiting, testing, and hiring team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.

Skills
