A leading auto parts retailer is seeking a Store Manager in Training to assist in overseeing store operations and preparing for future management positions. Responsibilities include supervising team members, assisting in recruitment, and managing daily store functions. Qualifications

• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience is desired.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsabilités

• Supervise professional and retail operations of the store and team members.
• Assist in recruiting, testing, and hiring team members.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations.

Connaissances

Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills

Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems

Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
