Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Store Manager in Training to lead retail operations and drive sales. You will set daily and weekly goals, oversee staff, manage accounts and collections, and protect company assets while delivering excellent customer service.

This role requires 3–5 years of retail/management experience and completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program, with a full-time schedule and benefits. We offer weekly pay and opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

3–5 years of retail/management experience.
Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
Computer literacy/proficiency in store operation applications.
Valid state driver's license and good driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.

Responsibilities

Sales: Set daily and weekly goals for store's sales activities and oversee coworkers' sales efforts.
Account management: oversee collections activities and approve customer commitments with leadership and training.
Leadership: manage store resources, ensure policy compliance, protect assets and oversee inventory and pricing.
Coworker management: recruit, train and develop staff, maximize retention and ensure exceptional customer service.
