Rent-A-Center in Albany, GA is seeking a Store Manager in Training. You will lead store sales, oversee accounts, and train coworkers to deliver exceptional customer service.

You will drive profits by managing inventory, pricing, and assets, and participate in the Store Manager Development Program. A 3–5 year retail/management background and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail/management experience.
• Completion of RAC's Store Manager Development Program during training period.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.

Responsabilités

• Sales: set daily/weekly goals, oversee sales activities, approve rental agreements.
• Account management: oversee collections, follow up on accounts requiring management intervention.
• Leadership: monitor store profits, manage resources, ensure policy compliance and asset protection.
• Coworker management: train, schedule, recruit/hire, retain staff, and develop customer service.
