Walgreens is offering an accelerated Store Manager development track designed to immerse you in all aspects of store operations, including front-end and pharmacy. You will learn under the Store Manager, shadowing daily activities while completing required training and certifications.

Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience, develop leadership skills, and progress toward a Store Manager role with structured rotations, coaching, and performance feedback.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience, or High School Diploma with 5 years’ retail management.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens locations within the same hiring area.
• PTCB Certification (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).

Mansioni

• Shadow or assist Store Manager to lead store operations (front-end and pharmacy).
• Complete accelerated program including required certifications for Store Manager role.
• Develop customer experience by coaching team and resolving customer issues.
• Analyze store and pharmacy performance data and develop improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements across store operations.
