Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field and 3 years retail management experience, or a High School Diploma/GED with 5 years of retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including extended days, evenings, and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Shadows Store Manager to learn full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Participates in classroom, online, and on-the-job training with rotations in area stores.
• Develops leadership and performance skills through ongoing development plans.
