CVS Health is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you into a CVS Store Manager through a structured 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training. You will experience both virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from a District Leader, HR Partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach.

You will be expected to lead with strong communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory management while preparing for future promotions

Qualifications

• Communicate well verbally and in writing to support and lead your team.
• Perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service.
• Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth.
• Manage the store inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store team and engage with leadership experiences to support promotion paths.
• Support the store as a management team member and uphold CVS values and policies.
