The role is designed to cultivate leadership skills and store management readiness over a 16-week, self-paced training period with hands-on and virtual experiences.

Learn from a district leader, HRBP, and store manager coach while handling responsibilities that build toward promotion within the designated market.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
• Customer service experience and a service mindset.
• Ability to implement merchandising strategies effectively.
• Strong ability to oversee inventory and assets to maintain profitability.

Responsibilities

• Support your leader in the structured SMIT program toward promotion.
• Contribute to a retail team as a member of the management group.
• Engage with leadership to develop leadership and store operations skills.
