CVS Health is seeking individuals for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training track with both virtual and hands-on experiences.

As an SMIT, you’ll work with a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager and your Store Manager coach to build leadership, merchandising, customer care and store operations skills while progressing toward promotion opportunities within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred or relevant experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership potential for store operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leadership to support structured learning experiences.
• Contribute as a management team member and lead in CVS values.
• Support promotion-path development toward Store Manager roles.
• Assist in merchandising, customer care, and store profitability.
• Be flexible to promotions across designated market locations.
