The MIT will participate in a program aimed at placing them in a Store Manager role within 3–6 months, with relocation to the assigned new or existing stores as needed.

The role emphasizes talent management, operational execution, and driving visual standards while preparing for future leadership responsibilities.

Qualificações

• High School Degree or GED is required; merchandising degree is preferred.
• Proven supervisory experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in fashion.

Responsabilidades

• Drive a customer-focused store environment and demonstrate fashion knowledge to customers.
• Lead and develop store team, manage payroll hours, and plan schedules to maximize sales.
• Hire, coach, and evaluate team members to build a scalable talent pipeline.
• Maintain an operationally sound store and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
