Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or high school diploma with 5 years management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to accept assignment into a Store Manager position if offered.
• Willingness to transfer to Walgreens retail assets within the same hiring area.

Responsibilities

• Under the direction of the Store Manager, oversees the operation of the store’s front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadows Store Manager to learn opening/closing, shift delegation, and merchandising tasks.
• Learns and applies compliance SOPs across front-end and pharmacy and gains knowledge of store computer systems.
• Develops plans to improve customer service metrics and supports Store Manager in driving performance.
• Participates in community outreach and store initiatives to grow the business.
