Responsibilities:
- Learning and Development: Undergo comprehensive training to gain an in-depth understanding of store operations, sales strategies, and inventory management. Learn about the company's culture and values while acquiring leadership skills to lead a successful team.
- Customer Service Excellence: Embrace our culture of exceptional customer service, observing and participating in customer interactions to understand their needs and expectations.
- Team Leadership: Work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to learn how to effectively lead and motivate a team of hardware enthusiasts. Gain insights into coaching, training, and team development.
- Store Operations Management: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, from inventory management to visual merchandising, to create a well-organized and appealing sales floor.
- Sales and Performance Analysis: Collaborate with the Store Manager to analyze sales data, customer feedback, and performance metrics to develop strategies for enhancing the overall customer experience and driving sales.
- Vendor Relations: Learn about building strong relationships with vendors and ensuring timely replenishment of stock to meet customer demands.
Qualifications:
