Responsibilities

1. Coordinate merchandising and store maintenance.
2. Assist in training and supervising new staff.
3. Motivate staff to enhance productivity.
4. Enforce company policies.
5. Engage with customers and expand the client base.
6. Deliver excellent sales and service experiences.
7. Manage ecommerce shipping and inventory.
8. Supervise a sales team of 4-6 members.
