Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit goals, ensuring customer satisfaction, developing team skills and product knowledge, recruiting, and enforcing company policies. You will also perform operational and strategic duties.

Job Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of POS terminals, scanners, and basic computer software
• Ability to interpret instructions in various formats
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends
