The Retail Assistant Store Manager at Office Depot, Inc. plays a pivotal role in driving total sales and service growth within our stores. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help us create a vibrant sales culture, enhance visual and merchandising standards, manage freight and logistics activities, and prioritize customer satisfaction. You will help lead a customer-centric environment, engage with the community, and foster a positive culture aligned with the Office Depot 5C values of Customer, Commitment, Change, Caring, and Creativity. The Assistant Manager is a "Key Carrier" and considered a leader on duty. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required. Full-Time Assistant Managers must perform External Key Carrier duties, including opening and closing the store.
