Availability - Shift/Days: Full time, Flexible Availability

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and work conditions described below.
• Supervise and train staff on equipment, tools, and responsibilities as per CSR and ASM roles.
• Manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Proficient in computer use for reports, inventory, cash control, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, And Skills:

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stock, organization, and appearance.
• Maintain professional image among staff and management.
• Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site standards.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.

Site Relationships

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive community image.

Training and Development

• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure staff training on customer service, site image, and safety.

Communication

• Ensure timely, effective communication with staff.
• Hold regular meetings with employees and managers.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans to meet site goals.
• Maintain site files and manuals.
• Oversee report completion and merchandise presentation.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Manage budgets, merchandise margins, and safeguard cash.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
• Occasional exposure to cold temperatures and noise.
• Work independently and demonstrate leadership at all times.
