Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities as described.
• Ability to supervise and train staff, including use of equipment and tools.
• Proficiency in computer skills relevant to the role.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
• English communication skills (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, train, and manage employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain site standards, cleanliness, and organization.

Working Conditions
