Availability - Shift/Days: Flexible Availability

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to perform essential duties, responsibilities, and work in described conditions.
• Ability to supervise and train staff with equipment, tools, and materials listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to manage functions listed in CSR and ASM job descriptions.
• Computer skills or willingness to acquire them, including report analysis, inventory and cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation for meetings.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills:

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees ensuring excellent customer service.
• Manage tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized, and maintained per standards.
• Maintain professionalism among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule staff to optimize customer service and site image.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and terminating staff.

Site Relationships

• Build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote a safe, positive community image.

Training and Development

• Provide timely performance reviews with constructive feedback.
• Ensure staff training meets company standards for service, image, and safety.

Communication

• Ensure effective communication with staff through meetings and updates.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans to meet site goals.
• Maintain all site files and manuals.
• Supervise report completion and merchandise management.
• Ensure employment posters are displayed.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profits.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and merchandise margins.
• Safeguard financial transactions.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks like cleaning.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
• Work independently and demonstrate leadership.
