Availability - Shift/Days: Full time, Flexible Availability

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School diploma or GED preferred.
2. Experience in retail sales preferred.
3. Ability to perform essential duties and work conditions described below.
4. Ability to supervise and train staff in equipment, tools, and materials as per CSR and ASM descriptions.
5. Ability to manage functions listed in CSR and ASM roles.
6. Computer skills or ability to acquire skills including report analysis, inventory and cash control, counseling notices, etc.
7. Valid driver’s license and transportation for bank and management meetings.
8. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
9. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, and Skills

Leadership and Management

• Recruit, hire, and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, organized, and compliant with standards.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to optimize customer service and site appearance.
• Apply non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, motivating, and terminating staff.

Site Relationships

• Develop positive relationships with suppliers.
• Address customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Promote a safe and positive community image.

Training and Development

• Conduct timely performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Ensure staff training meets company standards for service, image, and safety.

Communication

• Ensure effective communication with employees and management through meetings and other means.

Organizing and Planning

• Develop action plans to meet site goals.
• Maintain all site documentation and reports accurately and timely.
• Ensure merchandise is stocked, displayed, and priced correctly.
• Post employment-related notices visibly.

Financial

• Analyze sales and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Budget, forecast, and manage merchandise margins.
• Safeguard financial assets and perform necessary financial analyses.

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor work, with outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots and pumps.
• Exposure to temperature extremes and noise.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
