SMs communicate the retail strategy effectively, stay engaged in all business aspects, and develop leadership within their teams. They lead by example, ensuring consistent results in sales, service, and operational excellence.
Reports to: District Manager
Direct Reports: 4-9
Travel: Less than 10% overnight travel
Physical Requirements: Walking, standing, lifting, and other physical activities
