Job Summary

The Store Manager in Training supports store performance, customer service, and operational excellence. You will supervise team members, lead by example, and ensure an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example in sales and customer service.
• Maintain a professional and clean environment.
• Set goals and provide coaching to team members.
• Assist with sales reports, inventory, and operational tasks.
• Support revenue and expense control.
• Ensure proper staffing and customer service levels.
• Work nights & weekends, approximately 35-45 hours/week.

Experience & Skills

• Management and/or sales experience required.
• Beauty industry and customer service experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple situations in a fast-paced setting.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning functions.
