Overview

The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) role is designed to prepare you for a future Store Manager position at CVS. This 16-week, self-paced program combines virtual and hands-on training to develop your leadership skills. You will be supported by a team including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach.

  • Engage actively in learning experiences and support store operations
