Managers In Training will learn how to manage daily store operations from our experienced leaders. Training includes working with a Training Manager and Supervising Manager across various shifts to learn about our company, team, vendors, and guests. After training, Managers In Training will support the Store Manager and team, ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
During official training weeks, you'll work alongside Training Managers to gain management insights. Between training weeks, you'll work shifts with team members, applying your leadership skills. Post-training, you'll join our bench leadership team, filling in during absences until assigned your own store.

Minimum Education: High School or GED
Experience: At least 1 year in retail or food service, with leadership experience preferred
Certifications: ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory
This full-time position involves working various hours, including weekends and holidays. It may require travel (up to 5%) and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods. Uniforms are provided for food safety.
